the culture alchemist

I'm Audrey Liberman, an Organizational Development leader, executive coach, conflict mediator, and facilitator with 15+ years of experience helping individuals and organizations navigate change with clarity and courage.
My methods are evidence-based. My approach is anything but dry. I trained as a flamenco dancer and recently in improv performance: disciplines that taught me how to hold tension, invite spontaneity, and build trust in real time. That instinct for presence and ensemble shows up in every team facilitation, every coaching engagement, every mediation table I sit at.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks — change management, systems thinking, human-centered design — and shaped by cross-cultural fluency, a deep commitment to listening, and a practitioner's sense of timing. I work with leaders, teams, and organizations that are ready to do the real work: building cultures of trust, navigating difficult transitions, and making sustainable change possible.
I believe the most effective practitioners know how to read a room — not just the data in it. My work spans federal agencies, enterprise technology, nonprofits, and the arts. Fifteen years of that range has a way of sharpening your instincts.
Let's build something that holds.
change starts here
Turning Tension into Traction
As a Certified Workplace Conflict Mediator through Eckerd College’s Mediation Training Institute, I approach conflict not as a disruption, but as a doorway to deeper alignment. My method is relational at its core—surfacing unspoken tensions, fostering psychological safety, and guiding teams toward shared understanding. I’ve helped organizations move from gridlock to generative dialogue, improving collaboration, decision-making, and trust across functions.

Work Relationships & Business Partnerships
I support co-founders, collaborators, and professional partners in navigating tension around roles, decision-making, and communication. Whether you're building something together or untangling a shared past, I help clarify expectations, repair trust, and realign toward shared goals.
Team
Conflict
I facilitate resolution within teams experiencing breakdowns in communication, misaligned values, or interpersonal friction. My approach fosters psychological safety, surfaces unspoken dynamics, and equips teams with tools to move forward with clarity and cohesion.
Personal
Relationships
I work with couples, family members, and close connections facing recurring conflict, emotional disconnect, or life transitions. With a trauma-informed lens, I create space for honest dialogue, mutual understanding, and actionable repair...without judgment or hierarchy.
