Change starts here
(and sometimes, it starts with a laugh)

Organizational strategist by day. Comedian by Night. Culture Decoder 24/7.
I’m Audrey Liberman, an Organizational Development leader, executive coach, and conflict mediator who believes that transformation begins with truth, trust, and a touch of humor. Whether I’m guiding teams through high-stakes change or stepping onto a comedy stage, I’m practicing the same craft: reading the room, building connection, and helping people move forward, with joy and authenticity, in a world gripped by inequity, urgency, and disconnection.
As a queer, Latinx, neurodivergent woman, I use storytelling to reclaim space, challenge norms, and invite repair. My work blends evidence-based strategy with emotionally intelligent messaging, helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity with clarity, courage, and compassion.
Let’s make change feel possible...and maybe even a little bit fun.
