My philosophy and approach to learning are influenced by action-learning and behavioral development frameworks. As a neurodivergent practitioner myself, I design experiences that are inclusive of learning needs across the neurodivergent spectrum.

Balancing this framing with the important work of locating where harm lives in the organization, I believe assessments can unlock the behavioral patterns that bind us and can help us shine a light on our blind spots to make way for long-lasting change.
